Also included are velvet laces so you can change the look depending on your style for that day. These boots are comfortable, supportive for little feet and super stylish.
Padded ankles support growing legs, butter soft leather inners and insole which has an inbuilt arch to promote healthy foot development.

Find your size in 4 simple steps
1. Place the larger foot on a sheet of paper and, with a pencil, mark a line on the big toe and another on the heel.
2. Draw a straight line between the two marks on the sheet.
3. Measure the straight line you drew on the paper to determine the size of the shoe in centimetres.
4. Use the chart to find the most appropriate shoe size for the child’s foot. The measurements given refer to the measurement in centimetres of the inner sole and the corresponding size dimension. Please allow approximately 1cm extra for growth.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are sure you will love your new purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with it or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of despatch in their original packaging, with tags attached & in a re-saleable condition with a returns note stating the reason for return. Please notify us by email at email@example.com stating your intent to return. For exchanges, additional postage costs may be incurred.
If you have received Items which are damaged you must notify us within 48 hrs and return the damaged item(s) within 14 days of purchase.
Outlet and Sale items are final sale. Please note for hygiene reasons hair accessories, socks, tights and swimwear are final sale.
Items pre ordered and made to order are unable to be exchanged or refunded.
*Please bear in mind that as of 1st January 2021, those in EU countries, like other international customers, will also be subject to import duties and taxes.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
Some countries charge a tax and/or duty fee on the import of goods which will be payable by the customer
If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to have the goods returned to us you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you. Our refund and exchange policy applies.
All orders to the EU will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) and so orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This means the customer is responsible for paying any Import VAT and Import Duty due on receipt of their goods. We advise all customers within EU countries to check local customs tax and duties costs as these must be paid before the goods are released.
Will I need to pay VAT on my order to an EU country?
Clothing and footwear for babies and children is VAT exempt in the UK. Whilst a trade deal was negotiated with the EU and UK, some orders to EU countries may now incur additional charges. Depending on your location in the EU, you may be charged VAT in addition to Import Duty, since VAT was not added at the time of purchase. All charges will need to be paid before the goods are released and are the responsibility of the receiver.
If any applicable taxes/duties are not paid, and you (the customer) refuse to accept delivery causing the goods to be returned to us, then you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you. The terms of sale in the refund and exchange policy will still apply.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Adding or remove items to your order once it has been placed, is at the discretion of Fifi & Finn and may incur additional cost.
Will my delivery to an EU country be delayed?
Express Deliveries are not experiencing delays, however we do anticipate a delay with standard shipping options the early stages of this transition. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated accordingly, however, we kindly ask all customers to track the status of their shipments frequently during this time, using the tracking information provided in your shipment email.
