Worldwide shipping from our website continues as usual, providing Fifi & Finn straight to your doorstep. As a small business we do not use third-party warehouses, everything is safely stored on site, handled and packed by one person only, to the strictest hygiene standards.
There is no delay in order processing, everything is shipped within 1 working day, with the exception of pre order and made to order items

Royal Mail are continuing to deliver overseas, specifically the Royal Mail service to the USA remains operational, as does the service to EU Countries, Australia & Canada. Sure! Providing your email has not shipped this is fine. Please order the extra item(s) and drop us an email to let us know. We will then link up the two orders and reimburse the second shipping charge, providing the first order has not yet been shipped.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. During peak times this may be extended to 1-2 working days, but we always try our best to ship as soon as possible so you get your pretty parcels quickly!
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
You will received shipping confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched. Please check your Junk folder if it hasn't landed in your inbox as it is likely to be hiding in there! Alternatively you may have entered your email incorrectly - drop us an email and we can amend this for you.
All orders, both UK and Overseas, are sent using a tracked services. Tracking numbers can be found on your shipping confirmation. If you don't have this please check your Junk folder as they can often be found hiding in there!
Unfortunately we can only see the same tracking information as what you can, we do not have access to Royal Mail systems.
When people buy from Fifi & Finn they are looking for something unique. We generally only produce a limited quantity of each style to maintain exclusivity for you, and to ensure we can keep bringing you lovely new items at regular intervals and not just at set times during the year. The exceptions of this are our luxury socks and bodysuits, and these are restocked on a regular basis. If something is showing out of stock and is likely to be coming back we will list as a pre order, or you can be notified by signing up to stock alerts on the product page. If you're ever unsure or desperate for a particular item please drop us an email or get in touch via social media and we will always try to help!
