Every item is individually personalised and embroidered to order, and dispatched within 5 working days. Your chosen delivery service begins once your order has been dispatched.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to amend your order (for example a spelling, colour or fabric choice), please email us as soon as possible. We can make changes as long as production has not started. As each piece is made especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
RETURNS
As personalised items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please email hello@fifiandfinn.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo, and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
