Customise with your initial embroidered on the backpack with the name across in a contrasting thread colour of your choice. If you are unsure, please leave us a note in the personalisation box and we will contact you with recommendations to complement your bag colour.

CLOTHING SIZES

As a general guide, our clothing is designed to fit the age of the average child, for example a 2Y dress would fit age 2-3 years. If the child is over the half way point in between sizes, we would recommend choosing the next size.

There are a couple of occasions where something may have a different fit, however we always include this in the Care, Composition & Fit section of each individual product description.

Every item is individually personalised and embroidered to order, and dispatched within 5 working days. Your chosen delivery service begins once your order has been dispatched.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you need to amend your order (for example a spelling, colour or fabric choice), please email us as soon as possible. We can make changes as long as production has not started. As each piece is made especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

RETURNS

As personalised items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please email hello@fifiandfinn.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo, and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes, each jumper is custom embroidered with your chosen name.

What sizes are available?
We offer sizes from 6 months up to 4 years.

Is the Liberty fabric authentic?
Yes, we use genuine Liberty London Tana Lawn fabric for all applique designs.

How long does personalisation take?
Each jumper is made to order. Please refer to the delivery section for current turnaround times.
