CLOTHING SIZES

As a general guide, our clothing is designed to fit the age of the average child, for example a 2Y dress would fit age 2-3 years. If the child is over the half way point in between sizes, we would recommend choosing the next size.

There are a couple of occasions where something may have a different fit, however we always include this in the Care, Composition & Fit section of each individual product description.

Each initial is individually appliquéd using your chosen Liberty fabric and finished with a coordinating embroidered outline. Three delicate champagne stars add a subtle touch of Christmas magic.

Composition: 60% cotton, 40% polyester.
Our sweatshirts are designed for a comfortable everyday fit. Please refer to our size guide before ordering if you are unsure which size to choose.
Care: Wash inside out on a gentle cycle and avoid ironing directly over the embroidery.

Every item is individually personalised and embroidered to order, and dispatched within 5 working days. Your chosen delivery service begins once your order has been dispatched.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you need to amend your order (for example a spelling, colour or fabric choice), please email us as soon as possible. We can make changes as long as production has not started. As each piece is made especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

RETURNS

As personalised items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please email hello@fifiandfinn.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo, and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Each applique is handcrafted to order in our UK studio. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days. If you need an item sooner, please drop us a message and we will always try to accomodate.

Yes. Simply enter the name or wording you would like embroidered in the personalisation box. Please double-check spelling before placing your order. If you would like a different font, you can ask for script / classic etc.
