Our appliqué designs are created using genuine Liberty London Tana Lawn cotton, renowned for its exceptional softness, fine weave and beautifully detailed prints.
Please refer to the fabric slides in the product images to view the available Liberty prints, then select your preferred fabric from the dropdown menu when placing your order.
If you're unsure which to choose, simply select the print you love most — each Liberty fabric has been carefully chosen to complement our designs beautifully. We will select a thread colour to complement the garment and fabric, but if you have a specific thread in mind, add it to the personalisation box.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of them being placed (excluding made to order and personalised items). During busy periods processing times may take a little longer. We aim to ship personalised orders within 5 working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are sure you will love your new purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with it or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return full price item(s) to us within 14 days of despatch in their original packaging, with tags attached & in a re-saleable condition with a returns note stating the reason for return. Please notify us by email at hello@fifiandfinn.co.uk stating your intent to return. For exchanges, additional postage costs may be incurred.
Personalised Items & Made to Order Items are final sale, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on these as they are made especially for you.
Sale and Outlet items are exchange only, and must be returned within 7 days.
If you have received Items which are damaged you must notify us within 48 hrs and return the damaged item(s) within 14 days of purchase.
Please note for hygiene reasons hair accessories, socks, tights and swimwear are final sale.
Items pre ordered and made to order are unable to be exchanged or refunded.
*Please bear in mind that as of 1st January 2021, those in EU countries, like other international customers, will also be subject to import duties and taxes.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
EU Customers (with the exception of IRELAND) are required to pay VAT, which is calculated at checkout. We then pay your VAT to the local authority in the home country. All orders under 150€ will have the local VAT added. Orders over 150€ will be charged VAT on arrival by the relevant customs authorities, alternatively please email us and we will discuss separate orders with you.
If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to have the goods returned to us you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you. Our refund and exchange policy applies.

Each applique is handcrafted to order in our UK studio. We aim to dispatch within 4 working days. If you need an item sooner, please drop us a message and we will always try to accomodate.
Yes. Simply enter the name or wording you would like embroidered in the personalisation box. Please double-check spelling before placing your order. If you would like a different font, you can ask for script / classic etc.
